AS Processing was established as a specialist chemical finishing operation serving the high-reliability manufacturing sector. From the beginning, our focus has been narrow and deliberate: provide protective coatings and plating for components where quality cannot be negotiated.
Over the years, we have invested continuously in our people, our processes, and our facility. We were early adopters of aerospace quality management standards, achieving NADCAP accreditation and AS9100 certification when many Canadian finishers had yet to pursue either. Today, we hold one of the most comprehensive certification portfolios of any independent chemical processor in Canada.
Our clients include prime contractors and tier-one suppliers in aerospace, defence, and life-critical manufacturing. They come to us because they know a job at AS Processing means full traceability, zero shortcuts, and a team that understands what their specifications actually require.
